About the event

Aqua Pulse is a high-intensity shallow-water exercise class that combines upbeat music with energetic movements for a fun and effective workout. Designed to improve overall fitness and cardiovascular health, participants move to the beat of a fast-paced playlist while practicing exercises that build muscle strength and endurance. Classes can be completed with or without equipment, allowing individuals to adjust the level of resistance in the water environment to match their fitness goals. No swimming skills are required to participate. For added value, a multi-visit pass is available for purchase on a Play More Card, providing a discounted rate per class.

Corn Grinding Tours

See the historic gristmill in action! Hear the splash of water on the waterwheel, and join our historical interpreters for a tour inside the mill, where you can watch the millstones at work grinding corn into meal.
