About the event

H2O Power is a high-intensity deep-water fitness class that harnesses the natural resistance of water for a full-body workout. Modeled after High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), the class alternates between short bursts of challenging exercise and brief recovery periods to maximize cardiovascular endurance and strength. Participants may use flotation belts for added support while treading water, though they should feel comfortable in chest-deep water to fully enjoy the experience. A multi-visit pass is also available for purchase on a Play More Card, offering a convenient and discounted option for those who wish to attend regularly.
