About the event

Join us as we explore the importance of decluttering and downsizing. In this information session attendees will learn that simplifying your living space is more than just "getting rid of things"- it's about creating a safer, more manageable, and more enjoyable everyday life. Attendees will learn how excess belongings can impact mobility, safety, stress levels, and overall well-being. This will explore the emotional side of letting go, offering practical strategies to make the process easier and more meaningful.
