About the event

H2O Power is a high-intensity shallow-water fitness class that harnesses the natural resistance of water for a full-body workout. Modeled after High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), the class alternates between short bursts of challenging exercise and brief recovery periods to maximize cardiovascular endurance and strength. Classes can be completed with or without equipment, allowing individuals to adjust the level of resistance in the water environment to match their fitness goals. No swimming skills are required to participate.
