Participants engage in a mix of powerful exercises performed in short intervals, paired with cardio movements designed to keep the heart rate elevated and energy high. Classes can be completed with or without equipment, allowing individuals to adjust the resistance of the water environment to their fitness level. No swimming skills are required to participate.
