About the event

Ever wonder what those big black birds soaring up in the sky are up to? Get to know our local vultures as we search the skies for these fascinating birds and learn about the important ecological role they play with a fun game. For all ages. All participants (adults and children) must be registered. Meet at the New Hill parking area (1309 New Hill-Olive Chapel Rd.) at the lower picnic table.

Voyager @ Books, Babies, & Brews

Join us for a Baby Storytime led by Franklin County Library, sensory exploration & coffee with Franklin County Parks and Recreation, and health education & resources provided by FCHD RIMC Program! This event is rain or shine, every Friday from Sept-Nov at 10:00 a.m., featuring different County Parks each month. It is designed for newborns to cruisers with an in-the-lap 15-minute Storytime and sensory toys appealing to younger babies. Storytime will start a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the hour is for free play, socializing, and taking advantage of the Bookmobile, Voyager! September-Franklinton Park October-Epsom Park November-V.E. and Lydia H. Owens Recreational Park at Bull Creek
