 nder of Brenda’s Educational Consultant Services (BECS)\, which provides

  international levels on a wide range of topics.\n\nShe is the lead foun
 der of the NCAEYC Equity in Early Childhood Education Circle Sessions\, 
 designed to facilitate courageous conversations and promote equitable pr
 actices. In 2022\, she founded Black Women Educators of NC to inspire\, 
 uplift\, and support Black women educators through leadership developmen
