About the event

Yoga with Weights (60 minutes) This dynamic 60-minute class blends the grounding benefits of traditional yoga with the strength-building power of light weights. We’ll begin with 20 minutes of mindful movement, breath work, and gentle flow to center the mind and warm the body. The middle portion of class turns up the energy with 20 minutes of yoga poses enhanced by optional weights (or bodyweight only), paired with an upbeat, non-traditional playlist to keep things fun and engaging. We’ll close with 20 minutes of traditional yoga cool down and a restful savasana, giving space for deep release, balance of the nervous system, and full integration of the practice. This class is accessible to all levels and is designed to support both strength and serenity, leaving you feeling empowered, grounded, and renewed.
